What elements of the original frame did you have to change in order to re-use them?
This includes the head tube and seat tube, as well as the CNC component connection to the bottom bracket and the gusset connecting the seat tube to the top tube for the front triangle.
Afterwards, I placed an order for some tubes for the main frame and rear triangle, so that the bike could fit a 27.5″ rear tire.
These alloys, including as 7020, 7005, 6061, and 6069, are not commonly used in Austrian industry.

I came upon a story regarding the “Rockshox Lyxxer” while doing some research.
For a while, it looked like I might be able to salvage some crowns from the new C1 Boxxer, but sadly, the spacing between the stanchions was too far apart for my purposes.
The Lyrik spacing was located in the middle of the previous and new Boxxer configurations.
They were made for me by a very good buddy who machined them out of 7075-T6 aluminum.
In combination with 29-inch boost Lyrik/Yari lowers, I utilized the black stanchions from the B1-B2 Boxxer.
I was aiming for an offset of around 48 mm.
The term “massive” is an understatement LOL.

Bankrupt Iron Horse Owes $5 million
(BRAIN) — HOLBROOK, N.Y.— To reclaim more than $5 million in overdue debt, three Asian companies that produced bicycles for Iron Horse Bicycle Firm filed an uninvited bankruptcy case against the bicycle company. A Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition was filed on March 2 in the Eastern New York district of the United States Bankruptcy Court on behalf of Fairly Bike Manufacturing Co., Ltd. of Tuchen City, Taiwan, Shenzhen Bo-An Bike Co., Ltd. of Shenzhen, China, and Acetrikes Bicycle Co., Ltd. of Taicang City, Taiwan, in the Eastern New York district of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
