Mounts

- Rapid acceleration, maximum speed, minimal defense, and minimal mobility are all characteristics of the cavalry saddle. Long sprinting time, medium speed, low defense, and maximum mobility are the characteristics of the Scout Saddle. Slow acceleration, lowest speed, strong defensive, and limited mobility are all characteristics of the Warhorse Saddle.
Using a horse to go somewhere is substantially faster than running on foot, regardless of which saddle you use.
Mounted combat
We’re also adding mounted combat as a result of the addition of horses. Shoot your foes from a distance with a bow and ride away before they realize what’s happening in front of them. Swing away from the safety of your horse with your sword, axe, or mace in one swift motion! Make use of your weapon of choice to attack your opponents by stabbing them, or equip a lance to charge past your opponent’s defenses with a strong charge of your own making. Pet/Thrall Leveling
A leveling system for your Pets and Thralls that may follow you will also be included. When you level up a Follower, they gain higher stats as well as special additional Perks. The Attributes of a Follower are set to zero when they are placed, therefore they begin at level 0. The growth rate and base attributes of pets and thralls are determined by their faction and Tier, ensuring that comparable pets and thralls are not precisely the same. Thrall/Pet Cap
Thralls and pets will become a scarce resource in the future. This will effect fighters, archers, dancers, as well as all pets and mounts, with the exception of crafters, who are considered objects in the eyes of the game. Immediately after the thrall/pet cap goes into effect, there will be a grace period during which you can dismiss old pets and loyalists by selecting “Break Bonds” from the radial menu. Once the grace time has expired, random pets and thralls will be removed from the game until the limit is met.
Private servers may choose to participate in the system, but it is not required.

The new Riders of Hyboria Pack has been made available as a result of the introduction of the mounts update. This DLC includes new armor sets, new weapon skins, and a set of Stable construction parts that are excellent for creating a home for your new horses.
